Most Bell MTS customers have had their TV and internet services restored on Monday after outages earlier in the day left some without access in parts of Manitoba, including Winnipeg, the company says.

But some customers may still be experiencing intermittent issues with their services, spokesperson Andrew Parkinson said in an emailed statement late Monday afternoon.

Parkinson said the company continues to investigate the cause of the outage and thanked customers for their patience.

Anyone still having issues should call Bell MTS at 204-225-5687 or 1-800-883-2054, Parkinson's statement said.

Customers can also try resetting their modem or set-top box, the statement said.

Many of our customers in Manitoba are now back online & our crews will continue to work as quickly as possible to fully restore services. If you're still having difficulty, you may need to reset your modem &/or set-top box. Or, visit https://t.co/8NrFWy9ew8 or contact us by phone
